Welcome again to our monthly newsletter. Lots of news from Gleason's Gym this month.

After over seven years of truly great service, Chrissy Beckles is starting her own Marketing Firm. Gleason's Gym will surely miss her but we wish her the very best and know she will be a success.

All registered Amateur and Masters boxers are invited to attend. We will PRE-MATCH as many bouts as possible for each show. Please call Angela Querol at 718 797 2872 for an application and to guarantee a match. General Admission is $15, Gym Members $5 All Bouts Sanctioned by USA Boxing, Metropolitan

Our fifth anniversary camp will take place over the Labor Day weekend in 2007. The dates are August 31st thru September 3rd, 2007. Early booking discounts are available - call us immediately to reserve your place!

Gleason's Gym will be open on Sundays from 8:00am to 6:00pm starting Mid-September. Seven Days a week of boxing training!!!

Gleason's Gym expansion is complete. The additional 1300 square foot section will include five offices and work out space. Don Elbaum and his son Kipp will use one office for "Gleason's Booking". They will do matchmaking and book bouts for all interested fighters. Bob Duffy has set up a promotional company and will begin doing business September 1st. A second New York based Promoter Sal Musumeci has also taken out an office and will do his promoting here as well.
